A 90-year-old male presented with angina pectoris and dyspnea on exertion.
Case 3 – LM Rota/PCI
An 83-year-old male presented with dyspnea on exertion and leg swelling.
Case 4 – Diagnostic Cath
A 90-year-old female presented with progressively worsening dyspnea on exertion and chest pain over the last week.
Case 5 – Thrombotic LAD PCI
An 81-year-old male with a history of CAD s/p multiple PCIs, Severe AS s/p SAVRÂ and ViV TAVR (26 Evolut-R 2018), HTN, DM, and ex-smoker presented with acute onset of left sided chest pain and shortness of breath.
Case 6 – Thrombotic LAD PCI
An 88-year-old male with medical history of Severe AS s/p TAVR (34 mm Evolut-R ), CAD s/p PCIs, and HFpEF presented with angina pectoris.
Case 7 – LM/LAD PCI
A 77-year-old woman with medical history of CAD s/p PCIs, severe aortic stenosis s/p TAVR (29 mm Evolut pro) presented with angina like chest pain for last few days. Ruled in as NSTEMI with peaked Troponin of 29.95 ng/ml.
Case 8 – Complex Multivessel PCI
An 87-year-old woman presented with recurrent left sided chest pain and found to have NSTEMI.
