Mini-Crush Technique
Wire MV and SB.
Pretreat MV with NC balloon (1:1).
Pretreat SB with compliant balloon (1:1).
Advance stents in to MV and SB simultaneously. Place the proximal marker of SB stent retracted 1mm into MV.
Deploy SB stent.
Retrieve SB stent balloon and wire.
Deploy MV stent crushing the SB stent.
Rewire the SB through the stent struts.
Advance NC balloons (1:1) into MV and SB; post-dilate the SB stent first.
Perform KBI (inflate at 6-8 mm).
Perform low magnification angiogram to rule out stent edge dissection; if the result is satisfactory, conclude the procedure.
